What is your question about México or mexicans?

Maybe you have the idea that we live our lives eating tacos and tequila =P which is a little true actually...but, do you have any other doubt, question or myth that you will like me to answer you?

First...jobs. We have a lot of comanies here the thing is that to have good money you have to have good education (BS for example) and that's not easy for poor people. The most of the people that runs to the US are really poor =(. (In fact we have Indian's companies here).

Second...about the E.E.U.U = It is to make it plural...EE = Estados UU= Unidos.

E = Estado
U = Unidos

Doesn't sound logic for spanish

=( Our police is corrupt...but there are also a few good polices, corruption in authorities is bad, but in the "common" people is worst, we are all working to eliminate this problem.

About the language problems...yes, Spanish is way better to explain EXACTLY how you feel and it's very common that mexicans can't express exactly what we mean in english :S. A friend of mine told me the same about Hindi - English.

Hi Jennifer M!. What you say is really funny because the most of the people I know that had traveled to India came with stomach issues because of your delicious but spicy food.

1.- Water and theet. I don't when your friends were while traveling to México. But there are some places (Aguascalientes, Zacatecas) in which water has a lot of minerals and can be very bad for your health (even my car radiator got is damaged because of it). Never drink water from the sink in México, it can can have a lot of minerals or chlorine.

About food...well you will see that you can eat anything everywere, our authorities dont take much care about it sometimes so you can easily get sick, be careful and do not eat in the street...at least the first days. The most of the people that eats in México suffers the Moctezuma's revenge because or food can be spicy or "fatty".

Dont be scare, just ask your boyfriend to take you to some nice places :P...

First, I'd just like to say that this Q&A you've made is very helpful.

Ok, now here's my question:
A Mexican friend tells me I should visit Mexico someday, because it's beautiful and I'd love it. However, I've heard some horror stories about health issues from people who have travelled there. A friend's mother went there a few years ago and was sick for days from using the water to brush her teeth. Another kid I knew went last month and came home with blisters all over his mouth. And last, my mother's friend went to Mexico in the late 70's to be a doctor. He was there for about two months and then came back and was hospitalized for several months and almost died because he had somehow contracted hepatitis (I'm not sure how). I'd love to go, but I'm concerned about the health concerns associated with taking the trip. Whenever I mention to my boyfriend (also Mexican) that I'd like to visit Mexico, he's quiet and doesn't say anything.

Chicano = Xicano = MeXicano. rather all of it ability the comparable factor. Mexico comes from the call Mexica it extremely is Amerindian call. It refers to our Amerindian origins and due to this Chicano = Xicano as a results of fact the Xi is prononuced like a CH. The Spanish had various hassle saying the XI so as that they replaced it to CH and due to this it extremely is Chicano. in case you have been finished Hispanic or Hispanic from Spanish commencing place unmixed you will be able to look down on the Mestizo or Cholo or Chicano. Now now although no longer now. We took our united states decrease back and known because it Mexico and kicked out the Spanish. those that stayed ultimately mixed. in elementary terms a small share and that i propose small nonetheless are finished Spanish or can hint their ancestry the two factors decrease back to Spain.

Yes. Why don't wealthy Mexicans invest more capital in development and infrastructure, to create jobs for the poor, thereby preventing them from running away from Mexico northward?
