You probably can, but you might want to ask your OB/GYN to prescribe a different pill. I had my tubes tied last year and tried the pill to regulate my periods (I have endometriosis) and it didnt work for me. Go ahead and give him or her a call and see what they say. They may want to do tests to see what is going wrong or they may just switch your pill for you.

I had my tubes tied 14 yrs ago. I just took 2 & 1/2 weeks of bc pills to keep my cycle away for my wedding and honeymoon. It worked. It will regulate your cycle.

Yeah. It doesn't matter about your tubes. One doesn't affect the other :).
