Du Hast by Rammstein is good, pretty much anything by them gets me going, and it's all in German. Sublime does a couple songs in mostly Spanish which are good grooves, plus I understand what they're saying. Just make sure to stay away by anything in German by Hasselhoff, no good can come of it!

I like Every Heart, I think it is by BoA. It's a very good song. Even though it is spelled in English, it isn't.

Another one is partly non-English and is the Tokyo Drift theme song.
