Yes, definitely! The Bible gives conclusive evidence of this fact. However, it takes serious interest in studying the Bible to find this evidence. We all need help to understand the Bible also. Although it seems depressing to know the world is coming to an end, the Bible also holds out a hope for the future, that is the hope of everlasting life for many people. There's alot of good news that is in the Bible. The Bible does not say the earth will be destroyed though, it speaks of the world as being 'the world of humankind as a whole', which in the original Greek trancripts it is called "Kosmos". Lots of info if you need more.

No. The sun will not be burning out for a few more million years and the world will be here till then. Religiously speaking, people always think the times that they live in are the worst and are the times referred to by the bible as the end of times. Since all those other times were not the end, I doubt that this is the end either. I suppose you could say that in reference to the old poem about the world ending in fire or ice, I too think the world will end in ice.

I've seen this ridiculous question so many times and I keep telling you people, yes!
If everyone thinks it's nearly over then it probably is. However, next 10-20 years is too soon, I hear there will be peace on earth before the end of the world and then some corruption again, and that isn't happening any time soon.

Nope. Sure don't. Of course 100 years from now there will be people claiming that the end is near as they did 100 years ago.

I surely hope not. I hope to live well into my 70s or 80s & I'm in my 30s now. After me, I hope that my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great children, great great great grandchildren live on...THE END is final and I don't even want to consider the possibility. We just need to live our life right and promote peace instead of war.
