Hi
How can I understand what domain is available? And when did it create? Who is its owner?
I want to have a website but I don’t know if my chosen domain is available or not?
Can anybody help?
Thanks for any idea.

Go to internic.org. This is the Internet non-profit organization that maintians domain names. There you can do a 'Who Is' search to see if the domain name you want is taken. If it is.. it will return all the information about who owns it and when it's set to 'expire'.

There are other services out there that can provide this service.. but you stand a chance of them seeing your inquiry and the registering the name before you do.

Hope this helps!

There is a UNIX utility that does your lookup precisely what you want, those domain registrars have either describe it in detail or have a convenient form to let you access to it in browser. I forgot the name of it, all you need is the domain name you want to ask.

After journey in this my suggestion to you is to attend till you've all of your eggs in a row.. or is it chickens.. no sorry, geese in a row and all of your eggs in a basket formerly you undertaking out and get the area. I too grow to be speedy to opt to take care of a recognition even as it grow to be accessible, and did so, even as i grow to be nevertheless attempting to get my information superhighway web site designed and something else of the finer information so as. the final analysis is it isn't properly worth it. you won't be able to and could no longer get a valid area for loose. you may bypass to plenty, ok numerous places on the information superhighway and get your self an internet site call. which could now unlikely to be a difficulty. which will recommend no longer something to every person in the lengthy time period and it is going to instruct ineffective. be affected individual and also you may want to get your call and your organization will be up and operating right now in case you recognize what your doing.
