Looking for games to play that are not online, or with cards or on a board

I always take the kids I babysit to the library and let them each pick out a book. Kids LOVE to be read to, and you can make games out of the books by having them find things on the pages, read sentences to you, count things, and tell you the colors of things on the pages.

grocery store is good , you or them name a letter, like B then you all have to name things that you can get at the grocery store with that letter go 1 thing at first then 2. q and z are crazy lol do it with auto store, camping store, anything. also 20 questions pick animal vegetable or mineral ask 20 ? to guess their pick, like does it have four lges? fur? live in water? mammal ...ect

you could get a racing game for them. Ive always like grand trismo.

when driving you can play slug bug or that liscence plate game where you need to get a,b,c,d,etc from liscence plates

play hide and go peek, peek is important because all they do is hide and you find them NOT running to base. or you could play ask them questions like whats you favorite 'whatever'.
