Breasts getting sore, backaches, Braxton Hicks Contractions, ligaments stretching, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, stomach aches from morning sickness, constipation...
Yeah I would say the constipation was the worst.
But, all is worth it when you're waiting for baby! And in my case, babies!

Before I found out that I was 2 months pregnant, I had this severe abdominal pain that lasts between 10-30 minutes. It mainly occurs in the middle of the night. When I get this pain, I wake up and I start to sweat because it hurt so much. When the pain got worst after the first week or two, I started to take Advil to calm it down. Later, I saw a gynecologist and she said I'm pregnant and I have an ovarian cyst on my right ovary. Now, they found out that it was a dermoid cyst, which needs to be removed through surgery after the baby is born. There's only 3 more months before my baby arrives.

I was 16 when I had my daughter and I am a petite size girl. One thing that hurt really bad during pregnancy was my back and feet. During labor was a different story though. Everything hurt! Having my daughter was the hardest and most painful thing that I have ever experienced.

MY RIBS being kicked. Tho it helped by putting counter pressure on the outside with a pillow but OUCH. (I'm sure it was pay back for breaking my moms rib).
And yes getting kicked in the crotch. And there were times that the baby would lay on this nerve that...(and not to be gross)...but I could SWEAR if I looked down there I'd see a hand or something poking out. NOT sure what it was but OUCH, luckily it only lasted a second.
But NONE of it was bad enough, that I would never do it again.

Other than labor (and nothing else came close) I would have to say wicked-bad heart burn. The scariest thing, though, was when I would lose control of one of my legs and not be able to support mysef on it. It would just happen all the sudden without warning. I used to walk around holding on to desks and chairs and tables in case it happened. You should have seen me going down a flight of stairs -- I was terrified!
