The key to getting an even tan is to exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. Get a good body scrub and use your hand and not a loofah to apply it. The loofah can cause uneven skin texture, leading to an uneven tan. After exfoliating, make sure that your skin is lightly moisturized because drier areas will absorb the tanning lotion more than others. Put lotion or Vaseline on your elbows, knees, the palm of your hand and between your fingers before applying the tanner. Good luck.

EXFOLLIATE your body well in the shower, dry and do NOT use any lotions afterwards. Then use NEUTRAGENA Micro Mist Tanning spray. Be careful to spray EVERYTHING that you are wishing to TAN and Wash the bottoms of your hands afterwards. This takes a few hours to see the tan but it will show up shortly. Sorry but NEUTRAGENA is the only Sunless Tanner I can recommend at this time.

Hope this Helps!
