Yes there are a few out there they arnt mainstream tv but if you dont want to pay i expect you arnt fussy.

just dont let the tv licencing people in.. if you do answer the door to them, dontlet them in and stat you do not have a tv.
Millions of people watch tv without a licnce i know people who dont havea licnce for years.
