I just shake regularly, not to hard or weak, but i dont know about women. Somebody told me they judge you by your handshake.

I use to shake very weak until I entered the corporate world. I can give a mean firm hand shake now. How I shake hands depends on who's hand I'm shaking. I usually always shake firm if it is someone I've met that I want to respect me and nothing else. Doctors, lawyers, insurance agents etc. all gage how they'll treat you by the way you shake their hand. It's kind of like saying .. Don't mess with me. But, nicely. If I'm shaking the hand of someone who is introduced to me through friends I shake slightly firm but definitely not weak. I don't want to make them think I'm cocky and I sure don't want them to think I am a pushover. Now... If I'm shaking the hand of a man that I am interested in then I tend to let the hand shake be a little weak. It makes me feel vulnerable and I think it makes them feel manly. May God bless you!

I always give a firm grip, no matter whose hand I'm shaking. I hate when women shake hands giving only their fingers, as if expecting me to kiss their hands. I also don't like when people try to crush my hand.

i try to give a firm grip, but sometimes its weird. or the perosn im shaking hands with doesnt care and shakes my hand for like a second.

I do a firm shake. It tells the other person what kind of person you are. If your handshake is weak and feeble, that's exactly how you are portrayed.

I have a tendency to have a firm handshake.
I believe it shows confidence in a person.
I HATE the little " wet noodle handshake ". Ewwww !!!!!!!!!!!!!
But, I don't want my hand crushed either!
