It's their job to enforce things like court orders. If there is no time on it the bf needs to get that changed, thats on him. I don't really get what your question is though.

Contempt, contempt, contempt. If joint custody or visitations are awarded in a court of law the custodial parent cannot absent that child from the other parent. You might even find yourself in front of the judge explaining why you violated the court order and the judge could revoke your parental rights give your child to your ex and put you cute little *** in jail. Now do the right thing and talk to your ex and establish the pick-up and drop off times. By all means don't let this happen again.

well i don't know what you have been told, but the child is not able to decide for herself and there is a court order and you keep violating it, you could find yourself in Family court again, this time with numerous police reports about the infractions and if your judge feels you did violate this you could loose primary parental rights, and possible jail time for contempt so i would be very cautious especially if your ex-boyfriend has any common sense and a good lawyer

Why did you not let him see her? And no the police can't do anything he will have to take it to family court. And you had better have a good reason why you did not let him take her.

It's good you got away with it this time but be careful you don't want to get in trouble with the law when your kid is involved.
