Correct, but only in what would be considered water weight. Replacing the fluid lost in sweating would only gain it back. To lose weight, you need to burn off more calories than you take in. In order to lose a pound of weight, you need to burn off 3,100 calories. Stay away from a large McDonald's french fries for six or seven days, without changing anything else and doing the exact same thing you already do...there's a pound lost...that is, if you are burning off more than you take in.

Well, kinda...the more calories you burn when exercising the more weight you lose...if you don't compensate by eating more.

The water you have to replace, and you'll just drink it back.

anytime you are sweating you are losing water weight...so yea...sweating helps you lose weight.

it's kinda true , u are just burning calories, if u do it long enough u will lose weight but not in one day. you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you need to lose ONE pound.
