Phil Jackson b/c coaching is more than X's and O's. You must have people skills. That's why good coaches like Larry Brown, George Karl, and Eric Musselman have so many issues with their players. They lack people skills.

Reason: He can bring most of his team to playoffs. If you try to observe the development of the team from the time he got in is tremendous, especially in defense and transition defense.
And he can create a superstar from the team.

if we're talking college, its coach k from duke. If we're talking nba, its Coach Riley for the heat. The heat were struggling when he took over and he got them to win a championship.
