The legal drinking age in TX is 21 (to buy and drink without parental supervision), but if you are with your parents in a bar or resturant, they can purchase the drinks and give them to you and you can legally drink them as long as you are right beside you legal parent or guardian (this is at any age!) If the parents gets up to go to the bathroom or something, the underage drinkers drink must be removed until the parent returns.

The legal drinking age in all of the United Stated is 21.

If you don't get caught...then you can drink at any age, haha!

You have to be 21 to drink but if your parent or guardian buys the drink then they can serve it to you.
