I suspect that he knows why the divorce is so important to you. You are now marrying a guy who used to be his friend, And you wonder WHY he might want to make things difficult? I suggest you resign yourself to a delay- if he can manage it.

Usually most states you have to be divorced for 6 months to get married, and usually if the woman is pregnant you have to wait for the divorce until the baby is born.

in case your divorced grow to be very last on or formerly December 31, you're unmarried for the entire 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. in case your son resides with you, and also you may declare him as a depending, then you definately can record head of relatives.

get a divorce first or esle youd be breakin the law. get a solicitor they will help you out they will serve him again and if he still refuses I believe they place it in those small legal columns in his local paper 3 times or so then if he still doesnot respond they will do it by default. gud luck

Ask him why he will not sign the papers. If he objects, see your lawyer..that will get the job done. YOu can get divorced with or without his permission. Good luck

You may have to talk to a lawyer, or get a hold of legal aid if finances are an issue

only a legal body can help you here. the more your ex knows that he is getting to you, the more he will mess you around. good luck, and i hope your new baby arrives safe and well.
