How to cross"Tomb raider 5" level"The 13th Floor"i'm stuck in part"BIG ROOM WITH CATWALKS" ?

When i play tomb raider 5 in level"The 13th Floor" & when i reach "BIG ROOM WITH CATWALKS" & just walk front so Lara freezes? how to cross it ?
