Change the dressing up... try Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce and a little Sugar... (My favourite dressing...)
Add some Zest: Throw in some Sundried Tomatoes, or Baby Spinach Leaves, Avocado or Low Fat Feta Cheese
Add some Color: Dice some Carrots, Red and Yellow Peppers.

I add radishes, some chopped green onion, mixed greens instead of lettuce, chopped green olives with pimiento, a little chopped red pepper, some julienne carrots and I like to use Newman's Own italian dressing with garlic. It is good dressing and they donate all the profit to worthy causes. Sliced fresh avocado and some chopped marinated artichoke hearts are good too but that will probably increase your fat content.

Try the new Salad Spritzers. They're pretty good. Try adding some avocado, yes that adds fat, but it's good fats your body needs to stay strong and healthy. How about some shredded lowfat cheese?

Try mixing in some new things- sprouts, radishes, corn (fresh if possible), black beans, stuff like that. They are all healthy but give it a completely new flavor.

Try adding peppers! Green, red and yellow peppers are tasty, colorful and don't add fat. Try mushrooms, too!
