As in... ANYTHING that will happen in the future.

I believe my laundry will be done, because If I didn't I would never get up to go look. Likewise not believing anything will happen in the future would paralyze any individual.

I believe that my dog is expressing love when he brings me gifts of dead mice and squirrels then leaves them for me to step on. Either that or he is a bigger prankster than I am.

I believe in God because there is no reason to, it belongs to the field of faith, it doesn not require rational proof to do so.
