the date of all of the mail that appears in my bulk mail is january 18, 2038.

Don't fix it, just delete it. Some spammers falsify the date to get through security.

your bulk... and that means? you gain weight in the year 2038, post another question with more details, you arent clear enough

Yahoo need to ban spam when the sent date doesn't reflect the date it is being sent.

Delete everything in the folder and move something to that folder from your inbox.
