Actully they are leftovers. Females are made from 2 X chromosones and Males have 1 X and 1 Y. Y stops males from having female body parts and the nipples are just leftover.

i believe men were given nipples to add anothr erognous zone to the male body. i love having my wife play with them, suck them, gently bite them, pull on my nipple rings, rub her nipples on mind, etc. the pleasure derived from nipples is endless. i always include them in a solo performance.
