Hey people, I am interested to know which is the cheapest Laptop with maximum processor frequence like 3.4Ghz or more and like 1GB RAM size ? I dont care about the brand name or company.

you have to rethink - really!
laptop processors don't have frequencies like 3.4GHz or higher, that's past definitely. the fastest Intel laptop processors nowadays are the Pentium M780 (2.26GHz) and the new Core Duo T2700 (2.33GHz). AMD Turion processors are clocked highest with about 2.2GHz.
But laptops with these processors aren't cheap, $1500+. the cheapest brands are Acer and Dell.

Try Acer, you can get a really good configuration with less money.
