I've gained about 10 lbs. I'm almost 5 1/2 months along. I was a little heavy before I got pregnant, so I've been watching what I eat. 16 lbs. sounds about right. They say to gain about a total of 25-35 lbs. you whole pregnancy, but i highly doubt many people stay in that range.
My aunt gained about 80 lbs with each child, and lost it with a little exercise and diet after wards...so don't even worry about 16 lbs! Your doing great!
Congrats and good luck!

NO not at all. My the end of your pregnancy you should gain between 25-35 pounds. The first-three trimester a pregnant women gains faster, then after that it randomly adds up till your last days. Your fine stop worrying, by the way your baby will be healthier.

I think is OK, as long as you do not gain more than 35 pounds overall. But for 5 months if just fine!

that sounds great! usually they like women to gain about 25 to 35 pounds. and youre half way so if you gain another 16 pounds youre where you should be. but dont stress about it. i gained 65 pounds and im fine, the baby is fine and i only have 16 pounds left to lose and she is 8 weeks. so no worries!!

Is your toddler measuring ok? so long because the toddler isn't measuring too small, you may want to be ok. i did not income any weight till i grow to be 6 months pregnant (i in my view lost 5 kilos in this time). so as long as your toddler is measuring good, then you definately might want to be ok. If the dr. is superb in touch, try snacking in between food. devour your meal, then have something else to devour 2-3 hours later (inspite of when you're literally not hungry, attempt to devour in any case. it may also help to placed on weight. merely devour something small like a yogurt or some fruit). try increasing your water intake. this can make you sense hungry more effective commonly, hence increasing your weight because you'll devour more effective. try now to not weight till your abdomen growls to devour because meaning you waited too lengthy. once you've the different concerns, or are nevertheless in touch about this, call your dr. good luck
