As so many others have indicated, the answer is Venus. But what they do not mention is that not only is a day on Venus longer than it's year, but the day is actually backwards. If you were on Venus and could see the sky, the sun would rise in the west and set in the east.
This is caused by perturbations from the earth-moon system. We are the reason why Venus rotates backwards.
Every year, Venus zooms by us in it's orbit. The earth and moon's combined gravity gives it a gentle tug as it does so. That tug is not much at any given moment, but over the span of millions of years, it has caused the slowly rotating planet to actually rotate backwards very slowly.
