my kids want to go to great adventure, if i drop them off are there any sites nearby such as the beach or something within about 20 miles

my kids are 17 and 13 so they can fend for themselves they just need a ride, and im referring to the one in Jersey

There really isn't anything too close around there. You can walk around in Allentown, it's a really small cute town practically next to Six Flags. You could ride your bike there if you have one...

In New Jersey? Not really close. Besides that, it's Jersey and you have to factor in sucky traffic. AND if your kids are under a certain age, they need a parent.
