Some 9 and 10 yr. old girls can develop pubic hair; is that old enough?? How about if it was *your* daughter? Would she still be old enough??

jsut simply means shes hit puberty. i guess by "is she really old enough?" your refering to sex. no. definantaly not untill after 18 and married.
