If it's the top of the world, then surely all the time lines converge, so what time is it?

The time at the north and south poles is the same as GMT. greenwich mean Time. The time in UK.

One might say that the time is always 0 minutes midnight because all of the lines of longitude converge there.

I guess it would be the time of the time zone you are facing at any given moment.
In fact at the North Pole it is no use to talk about time.

In December, it will be nighttime.

I suppose that time has no meaning in this place. Anyway nobody lives in the exact pole to suffer from these time problems

good question lol... I would say there is no real time, or it can be any time happening on this Earth, since all time lines converge there...

right now its dark time , really dark and cold time. I cant see a thing either cos there aint no clocks that light up. its about the way the earth slopes and the aurora borealis is magic !
