I think cutting off their nose would be the worst thing. A nose prosthetic and plastic surgery still wouldn't help much . . . .

Ignore her. Be indifferent.
But do it for real, because if you do it with a purpose you mught be wanting either to take revenge and/or to attract her attention. Either way it's not advisable: it can hurt you. Let go...let her go, it's not yours. revenge always hurst you more than what you want to hurt.

get chocolate bar,then watch ' Miss the World Rotates Around Me ' when she gets up from a seat that she will return to put a piece of the chocolate bar on her chair,when she returns and sets in the chair the chocolate will melt and stick to the bottom of her pants,and when she stands up she will have a brown spot on her behind and no one looks good with a brown greasy looking spot on their butt.

Well, u could cut off her tongue, or her nose if u want, but it still wouldn't be all that bad, because people would still symathize with her. I'd go with push her off a cliff

chop her hair off unevenly (parts really close to bald so its hard to fix)
Get a knife and etch a deep cut along the length of her face...make sure you get her eye brow sliced.
Cut off her ring finger
cut her bottom lip open.
poke her eye out.
cut her breasts in half.

Wait until they're are really, really ready for sex and tell them they do nothing for you and walk out. It worked for me. You could of course have the sex first but that doesn't have the same impact.
