no i think the assistant principle is just hating on you,i dont think that has nothing to do with the performance of the job, with or without tatoos your good at what you do,anyway tatoos are comon now days.

No, there is no law prohibiting an employer from asking that tatoos be covered OR that hair be a natural-looking color.
It's no different from a dress code that requires you to wear something other than belly shirts and jeans with holes.

tattoos r considered to b inappropriate in most workplaces. its only common courtesy to cover a tattoo or piercing up until u kno the policy. and if they say no visable tattoos then that means for all staff not just the ones they dont like (if it is just for those they dont like then yes it is discrimination)

No. At will employers can fire you for any reason that is not an illegal reason, such as racial or sexual discrimination, etc. Other than reasons like those, it's probably more like "my way or the highway".
