If I Had a Dream
Have you ever looked at someone?
and wondered what it would be like,
To share the moments and the memories,
with them, for the rest of their life.
But yet, these people we come across,
haven’t a clue of what you’re looking for.
They go about their daily lives,
never knowing, that you pictured more.
It’s been said, that true love is blind,
and I guess I have to agree.
Because it’s when I close my eyes to see you,
my heart belongs to only thee.
If I had a dream, I was able to give,
I would give you the one that’s true.
So you would be able to see what its like,
to see the beauty and its love, I see in us two.
