Do ghosts exist and have you ever had experience of one?

The question of whether the paranormal exists or not is too complicated to merely answer "yes" or "no". All too often, the one making the statement is some high minded person with lots of letters after his or her name, and where reputations are at stake opinions can form into some pretty polarised, opposed camps.

Personally, I find that there appears to be some evidence which cannot, as yet, be refuted which seems to indicate that there is something to claims of persistent phenomena following the body's death.

In other words, since I don't have a reputation which depends upon my slavishly answering "yes" or "no" here, I'm keeping an open mind.

I have studied the Bible for 25 years and I can tell you that any ghosts or spirits do exist and they are sent by Satan. They appear as friends or relatives who are dead in order that people will believe that there dead friends and relatives come back, this goes against what God has told us, that ''the dead are dead and no nothing'' By believing this you are being steered on the wrong path,the Devil knows that at Armageddon he is going to be destroyed and he is going to try and take down with him,as many of us as he can. Because of what I know and believe in, which is the Bible and God's promise, they never leave me alone, yes I have seen them and it's very frightening.

yes I've seen a ghost of a dog once. we had skipped school and went up behind this place it was an open field and we as kids where having a ball. running along the hills i seen the image of a dog running beside me with his tongue hanging out like they do when they re running. you ever noticed the energy coming up off a hot highway that's what his I'mage was like in the form of a dog. it was really something. im 55 now and i still remember it as if it was yesterday and i was 15 or 16 then.

Ghosts do exist, I some time experience things that are related to ghosts. my late grandad died in the house that I'm living in and at times you know that he's around watching and close doors with a bang if you haven't shut them properly.

I grew up in the "town that dreaded sundown". One day in the dusk of the evening my brother and I along with two cousins were walking down this sandy road and we came to a small bridge and we all knew that to the right of the bridge out in the wooded area a teenage girl and her boyfriend was killed. To make a long story short my cousins had a dog that was mean and tough (named Jack) and from the wooded area drifted a wisp of a shadow heading our way. The dog saw it and freaked out and started running away. Being kids we all thought if this is scaring the dog maybe we should run too. We did.
Was it the ghost of one of the teenagers ? Your guess is as good as mine.

Ghosts do exist.

I had a frightening experience with a mostly benevolent (although sometimes mischievous) poltergeist. It was in this ancient old house in Ireland which I stayed in for a wee while. It did things like left sweets and drinks in my room, but it stole all my pens and played my friends harp, which was quite creepy. It also lifted the tablecloth of a table right in front of me. Weird? I think so. We did this ceremony thingy to get rid of it though, to send it to the light.

Yes they do exist and I have had lots of experiences. the first was when i was about 12 or 13 i was on my bedroom floor when a ceramic picture frame smashed against the wall next to me, it had been on the opposite side of the room on a shelf.
another was the sound of fingernails running down my bedroom door (same bedroom)
The scariest though was in a flat I lived in with my mum. She was working late and was due home. We me and my boyfriend) heard the key in the door, the door shut, my mums footsteps down the hall and the kitchen light switch on. When I shouted when didn't answer so I went to say hello and she wasn't there! I looked out of the window and her car wasn't there, but the kitchen light was on....SPOOKY..... I quickly went back to my bedroom and hid under the duvet!!

Yes I do believe they exist. Years ago I saw a shadowy figure outside the bathroom door while I was in the bathroom, at the time non of the lights upstairs were on and when I came out of the bathroom all the lights were on. I have also felt the presence of my late grandmother late at night watching over me.

My mother was pushed by a ghost after my father's grandmother passed away.

This happened 20 some years ago before I was born.

My sister owns a television set that turns on and off on it's own.The last person who owned it was my father's uncle that passed away last year.

Someone knocked on my bedroom door twice when nobody was around. The TV was turned off. How can you explain that?

Ghosts or most of them are spirits of people who have died. Every now and then you run accross one of the 1/3 of the Heavenly host cast down out of Heaven. They'll try to trick you into beleiving their an Angel. So you have to be carefull. Depending on the temperment of the GHOST. It can be a pleasant or not so pleasant experience!
