He's got to be a size 28 waist. I know it's odd to envy a guy's waistline but I dream of fitting into that size again. I've gotten a bit fat since my athletic days. Has getting in shape improved your marriage or relationship?

Your size shouldn't matter if you love each other. But it would sure help the way you feel about your self. I know if I see someone smaller than I am I envy them wishing that I was that small again. So if you loose some weight it will help you feel better about your self.

We tend to think we are the same person just getting older and slower...but there are reasons for that...one of the main ones is the spare tire that's mounted around our waist now...I've been working on that and do feel more and more like the person I used to be...helps with the visual too.
