How does a boy/man put a condom on? When I was eight, I thought it was this little ball that they balanced. Then I thought they stick the little ball in the pee hole. Now, I think they wrap it around the penis. So, how does it go on?

Yes, it wraps around the penis. Squeeze the tip of the condom to get any air out. Hold it against the tip of the penis then roll it all the way down the penis until it reached the base.

They wrap it on the top part of the penis. Make sure there is no air in it.
