I have confessed lots of things to strangers usually when i'm drunk which sucks cause then the next day you're like why did i say that. . .

Only if the counselor could professionally claim "privileged information" when someone asks about it.
I did tell a fellow in college once about how my family was concerned with my drinking. He asked me how much I drank. I described how I had a favorite bottle of expensive scotch that I just polished off after two years. After he finished laughing his rear off he said, "I spill more than that!"
