who listens to Jewish cantor and klezmer musics? Why?

This can be haunting music and has influenced much contemporary pop and jazz such as Don Byron and John Zorn also Chico Hamilton and Yusef Lateef. It is compelling. Do you like it? Do your political views influence your artistic tastes?

Because it is cantor music is intriguing and klezmer is good-time good fun. I also like Wagner.
