It's a biological impossibility, barring artificial fertilization. Sperm only comes from one place, eggs are only viable in one place, and there aren't many options of getting from point A to point B.

you can't ..you need intercourse or Artificial insemination actually refers to two procedures: insemination of the woman by donor sperm in the case that she does not have a partner or her partner has a sperm count of zero, and intrauterine insemination of the woman with her husband's sperm, which is used if the husband has a low sperm count or his sperm have poor motility, or if the woman has insufficient cervical mucus or hostile cervical mucus (cervical mucus which will not support living sperm).
Artificial insemination by husband (AIH), also called intrauterine insemination (IUI) is an appropriate choice for couples when the male suffers from a moderately low sperm count (3-10 million sperm per mL of ejaculate). Artificial insemination, or AI, is usually combined with superovulation of the wife, a technique which causes the woman to produce more than one egg per cycle and increases the chance that sperm and egg will meet. The procedure must be done during the woman's fertile time of the month, shortly after she has ovulated, while the eggs are still in the fallopian tube. First the husband's sperm are washed and processed in the laboratory to select the healthiest, most motile sperm from the sample. Then a thin catheter is introduced through the woman's cervix into her uterus, and the sperm are delivered through the catheter. The success rate for one cycle of IUI is about 10-15%, and the cumulative success rate is about 60% over six cycles. The success (pregnancy) rate decreases significantly if the woman is over 35, and especially if she is over 40.
Artificial Insemination by Donor is a simple procedure used when the woman has no partner, or if her partner is completely infertile. The couple selects an anonymous donor from a sperm bank and the sperm sample is inserted into the woman's vagina using a syringe

Is everyone answering this an uneducated teenager or what? You can get pregnant by making out and allowing a guy to ejaculate down below. This does not require penetration, just getting close enough to get in.The average man has 280 MILLION sperm each time he ejaculates, so if even a little bit gets in, you have more than 1 million swimmers there. I doubt it is all that common since you can only get pregnant l;ike 4 days of the month and the volume of sperm is significantly lower, but it IS possible.

Supposedly there have been cases of women using the contents of a condom to impregnate themselves. And I suppose an, ummm, handful deposited in the right place would do it. But I sort of doubt it's a common thing!

If you mean traditional intercourse, then yes you can become pregnant without that. As was said, it does involve sperm. There are instances of impotent husbands getting their wives pregnant by simply giving their wives the ejaculate since they couldn't "put" it in themselves the traditional way. It also depends upon what you mean by sex. If a woman can excite a man that much without intercourse, that MIGHT count as sex especially if she puts his sperm inside herself.

It's not "common" but it does happen. There was Mary, about 2000 years ago. More recently, though, women can choose to be artificially inseminated, with sperm from someone they know, or from a sperm bank.
