Exercise may get "the twins" to shrink, but she may just be genetically pre-disposed to having a large chest. And since she's only in 7th grade, that probably means she's one of the first to develop in her class. And I know that can be tough. But everyone in that age group has their own set of insecurities... too fat, too thin, too short, too tall, large nose, thin lips... the list goes on and on. The important thing for her to remember is that she's not alone, and thousands of girls go through exactly what she's feeling. And we all grow up to be normal adults, so she has nothing to worry about.

If she feels uncomfortable, tell her to wear a sports bra or a better supporting bra.She can try eating healthier and exercising. But when shes older, she will want the C cup.

I don't think exercise will help any, that is just genetics. she is going into 7th grade so she is probably one of the first to develop. If she starts to get back problems you will know why. just keep by her side and keep her positive about what she is going through.

Does she have a weight problem? Even if she does loose weight, breast tissue may still stay the same.
