I have light brown eyes and this is what I do:
I buy Cover Girl singles in Champagne and Mink and I use the Champagne by my brow and the Mink all over the rest of the lid. I use Maybelline liquid liner in Dark Brown for a thin line on the top lid and liquid liner in a light brown for a thin line on my bottom and accent it with Black mascara.

I have done this for years and I always get compliments on my makeup! It's very easy to do and it looks great, too!

Try a plum liner or shadow, along your top lash line, black along the bottom and black mascara. I find that this really makes my eyes look greener! Also, a tiny bit of shimmery white shadow on the inside corner of your eye will make them pop.

try getting a mascara that makes ur eyelashes RELE stand out like Maybelline Lash Stylist and a rele good curler liek shasheido which is like 15 bucks but worth it. wear on the top and bottom. then for the eyeliner keep wearing it on the top but only put it a little less than halfway on the bottom starting from the outside corners of ur eyes. it will look rele good, trust me!! o and juss a little blush on. the apples or ur cheeks, make sure its not rele red or pink or ne thing like that. make sure it looks natural :)

try using colors other than black, a purple eyeliner would really compliment the green in your eyes, as would pink.
and if you wear black, try only wearing it on the top OR bottom, that way you wont look like your trying too hard.

Try running a cheese grater over your eyes. It worked when I was tired of watch the Magic Johnson show.

Oh no wait, thats what I felt like doing when I watched that crap!!!!!
