2. what are your primary job responsibilities? teaching children how to read or do math, science or history

3. what is your workplace environment like? many children, teachers, summers off, limited budget

4. what was starting pay? depending on where you are in the country 25K-45K

5. what is your relationship with coworkers like? work closely to accomplish whatever it takes to help children learn

6. what communication skills are needed? many!!! computer, orator, listening, metacognition

7. what time management skills are needed? too many to count... multitasking is a must

8.continued education suggested? yes, constant training of ed theory and content instruction, a masters isn't a bad idea either

9. satisfaction gained form career? absolutely... it certainly isn't for the money.
