Sounds like the name "Lucky Duck" isn't very fitting. Just kidding. Try to do as many constructive activities as possible. For instance, you could exercise, do yardwork, or do yoga. Life is what you make of it.

I know it sounds clech'e but life really is what you make of it wether you say it sucks or is great you are right. I have a great time most of the time but I also plan for fun something as simple as getting a bunch of people together to go swimming or grab ice cream . It sounds like you might have a job you dislike or are in a rut take a hellecopter ride or go surfing or figurew a weekend trip to Vegas to break the monotany
As for stress relief a couplke of easy things a hot shower followed by a self ( or if you have someone to do it massage )
If it is self start by tensing up the shoulders and releasing tou will immediatly feel a release , then massage the lats and roll shoulders then roll your head downward and move it side to side you will hear a crackiling sound finally while head is down gently rub the area in back of the ears in circular patterns with your thumbs you can increase the whole experence by adding candles music and insense.

Are you stressed or is life kicking you? All is in your imagination. Logically, life does not kick you does it? You imagine that. So, change your mind set.
It is in your moments of weakness that you build your strength. When you are down, ask yourself if it is worth staying down? Then get up. Do this until you do not get down anymore. Just like you first started to walk. You only thought about walking. You focused on walking. Guess now you can run!
Control your thoughts or they will control you.
Find a reason to be alive, to live. Why be down? You see more things when you are up.

As someone whose life also sucks right now I can tell you that the best way to handle it is to push it to the back of your mind. If you like to paint then paint a picture or if you like to write then write a story. Let your mind wonder and try not to think about the bad things going on right now. Also another good way to handle stress is to listen to music or read a book.

Feeling down?
One of the best ways to get out of that is to explore what you can do to help others in need. You will find that you are pretty well off compared to many others and you will eventually realize that life is not so bad, you just thought it was bad because you didn't know what bad really was.
