Disney is one of the worst corporations on the planet. Their sole goal is to take your money and brand your children so that they can then take their money as well.
Please check out the real side of disnet that is never made public. Stop buying their movies or products. They come from sweat shops where children are forced to work. Read this site and be enlightened to the REAL DISNEY. This stuff is NOT made up. It comes from fact. Then you tell me what you think of disney.

I don't think he meant to be bad, but nobody is perfect, and each one of us has some personal way in which we are bad. The scary thing is when we start to think we are not so bad, or that we are not bad at all.
For many years, Mr. Disney suffered with guilt over killing an owl when he was a boy. If that led him to be more responsible, that is all right. But if he threw off that sense of responsibility along with the feelings of guilt, he might have come to the conclusion that whatever he did was all right, and that nobody had the right to criticize him, or even question him. When a person starts thinking that way, they are just a step away from being very, very bad.
Yes, he was probably at least a little bad. Not much when compared to other human beings. But, yes, there was some evil in him.

As with anyone else, Disney had his good points and his bad points. For one thing, he was rumored to be quite anti-Semitic.
See http://www.straightdope.com/mailbag/mdisneyfascist.html for more information on this.
He drove his employees hard, and also believed that women should not be animators. (None of the classical Disney animators were female. Walt wouldn't permit it)
While appearing warm and fuzzy on the outside during his weekly shows, Walt was in fact a shrewd businessman who preferred to run his kingdom with a bit of an iron fist.
Not necessarily a bad thing, though... He had a vision and worked awfully hard to achieve it. Unfortunately, you don't have to be nice to do that.

I don't think he was as nice a person as his Theme Park &
artistic abilities might suggest. He was sort of narrow-minded.
Inspite of being a visionary. I think I heard he was prejudice. He
had his demons, but I'm grateful for his genius.
