They say it skips a generation so it should fall on your generation. It fell on mine and i caught for twins although only one lived. Also it is said that the more babies you have the more chance you have of having multiples but ive got 5 ond only fell for twins on my second baby and only had singles since .You will know if its twins as my belly went bum shaped because of the two seperate sacks.

Well, twins skip a gereration so you have a higher chance of having twins. The psycic is a 50/50 chance. If you believe the psycic then she'll be right, if not then she won't be. You can have feternal twins more than a 50% chance and identical twins less than 50% chance.

No matter what your family history is, unless you have some sort of medical condition which prevents you having twins then the chances of having twins versus not having twins is equal.
Just like if you had 10 girls, there is still only a 50% chance that you will have a boy if you try for another.

Twins can run on the maternal side of the family. 1 in 80 pregnancies will be twins. I have twins and no one else in my family does.

actually, the heredity factor for twins lies with the dads genes, not the moms. Your chance of having fraternal twins is as much as the next person. The dad of your children could make you have identical twins if he has identicals in his immediate family or is a twin himself. Good luck either way when you do have kids!

Well it is supposed to pass down the female side. My partner is a twin,we didn't have twins though & my grandma was a twin, who had twins , but neither of her daughters had twins.
I don't mathmatically know the odds but I don't think it's particularily high.
