Why would the rest of the world laugh at us? The rest of the world laughs at us now because we haven't elected a woman president. Do you not know who took Gandhi's place after he was shot? His wife. And, she ruled India for many, many years. India is a far larger country than the U.S with far greater problems and she took charge at a time when Pakistan was just beginning to revolt and become its own country. A job no man would ever want.
What about Margaret Thatcher, Prime Minister of Great Britain? How about Golda Maher?
If you think a woman couldn't run the U.S. and do a better job than who is running it now, you've got your head between your legs, cause we're going down the tubes so fast, I'm not sure we'll ever recover.

I think a president should be just that, a president. If a woman can do it, then that's good. The garbage we have sitting in the white house right now is the worst one ever, and he's male. But it's always been true that whatever women do, they'll have to do it twice as well as men to be considered half as good. It's sad, but in our messed up society, it's true. I'm going to vote for Hilary, because I think she can do a kick-@ss job as president. Her gender has nothing to do with it.
And the reason youth favor sexism is because they are taught sexism by the people who raised them. If this is a girl that said this, then she probably has a quiet housewife for a mother who never says her opinion and a father who is "king of his castle". Just a guess.

I'd like to see a woman at the SUMMIT meeting. I'd like to see her deal with an aggressive leader like HUGO CHAVEZ or The Iranian President. What would the woman do when that aggressive leader starts shouting loudly and posturing towards our female president? Getting in her face? Even if America did vote in a female president - other countries would not take us serious. We would be laughed at. The world is an aggressive place, muscle and might make right

I beg to disagree. There were women leaders in the past and their countries did not crumble into pieces. We are in times of equality and people need to educate themselves that inasmuch as our minds are still clouded by old thinking of male being a supreme gender, it has to change. We cannot prove it wrong until we try having woman president in the USA. I think while we're at it, we should try a black female president what do u think?

no. I don't see why it matters if a woman is president. Women have been presidents in other countries and they're not smoldering ashes.
People say omg estrogen women shouldn't be president because of PMS! 10% of women actually don't experience PMS. And let's not forget that men have testosterone! Every sex has their fault just like every person.
People are people no matter what gender they are.

I disagree with her I think woman can do just as good of a job as president, a man can. Personally I think a woman can do a better
job at it than any other man can. I would vote for any woman that ran for president.

I really like having a man as a president.. Although, who is to say how a woman is different than a man at running our country? No one will know unless we at least try..

Sorry, disagree... a million. it rather is sexist to presume that a individual would desire to no longer do the interest in keeping with gender. look at Germany (Chancellor Merkel), Britain (Margaret Thatcher), and previous/cutting-edge woman leaders in different industrialized countries. they does not have garnered such influential roles until eventually that they had the skills, adventure, and the backing of the customary public to accomplish that. (i decide directly to no longer vote for Hillary via fact of her music checklist no longer via fact she is a woman... that would desire to be in basic terms like asserting all white men could vote for McCain via fact he's a white guy. somewhat ridiculous in case you inquire from me!) 2. As a Christian spouse, interior the spirit of what i think the authentic meaning of "Ephesians" famous, I do defer to my husband's judgement yet that does no longer recommend that I "could be doing" something specially or that he walks throughout me. i can defer via fact my husband treats me with admire (additionally in Ephesians) and that i've got his help in my roles as a Christian spouse, mom, and working expert. BTW, what "could" we ladies human beings be doing besides?? in basic terms curious.
