Most doctors squeeze your balls and ask you to cough, which somehow doesn't seem like the proper response, you try to cough anyway but end up sounding like one of the B-Gees.

ummm well not for a physical they don't do anything too bad. Some uncomfortable stuff but nothing horrible. That's just for a physical though, he might have been talking about something else.......
