What is the differenence between eye kohl and and eyeliner? i mean they are both used for the same thing right? so whats the difference and which one is better???

Eye kohl is more likely made from natural sources such as willow branch. Eyeliner are made from chemicals and some folks might be irritated by them. Plus eyeliner comes in a variety of colors versus kohl comes in one color, black.

kohl smudges easily so that you can create the smokey eyed effect when you're opting for the mysterious look.
liners are usually used to define your eyes to make them pop more.

OK THE EYEKOHL IS LIQED AND DARK BLACK
AND THE EYE LINER HAVE ALOT OF COLORS AND IIT IS NOT LEQED THE MOST PEOPLE WHO USE THE EYE KOHL ARE ARABIC!CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME 10 POINTS PLEAS!
