I'm a colleger student and have worked the same part-time since I was 16. I'm only making 7.47 and an average of 20 hrs/week. It is kind of stressfull b/c I deal with rude customers sometimes and since it is a busy mall..it is quite a mess to keep clean. I like what I do (minus the stressful days) and they are good about working around my school schedule. However, lets say my school is point A and my work is point C....I live in the middle at point B and must travel .5 hours in opposite directions for each...so if I work right after school it's an hour drive....with gas prices I would like something closer. I plan on graduating in a year or 1.5......would you change jobs after 4 yrs to only have it for another 1 or so??? Is it worth it to save a few dollars in gas?? what do you think?

Look closer to school or home. You may find a job that pays the same and works around your schedule. Even if they pay a little less, what you lose in pay is made up in gas money and driving time. I quit my job for my final semester to bring my GPA back up to 4.0. It is just a temporary job, right? This isn't where you are going when you graduate.

I would look for something part-time in my field of study. Alot of companies are more then willing to work around your schedule if they think you might decide to take a position with them after graduation. Changing jobs is not always a bad thing, learning new things can be very rewarding even if its only for a year or so. Sounds like you could really use a change.

My expensive Tia , now that i'm now no longer in the best of life I even have found out that what regarded significant even purely some years in the past isn't everywhere close to as significant now ....as long as you're wholesome , no longer grossly obese , have a sturdy weight loss application & carry out a little workout , notwithstanding if only strolling , then any minor extra will form itself out in time.. With that throughout strategies i'd propose which you throw away any super mirrors you have , do no longer bypass everywhere close to a series of scales & each and every time your outfits seem getting a splash tighter purely smile to your self & think of that some fortunate sod available is going to have purely a splash extra to cuddle !

IF your happy at your workplace I would stay there. If not, then I would probably look for another job, especially since your driving so far and gas prices are high.
