Premature Ejaculation (PE) is a very common and serious problem suffered by 1 out of 4 males. The causes of PE range from person to person and from psychological to physical. The average time a male suffering from PE is less than 5 minutes of intercourse before they ejaculate.

There are many supplements and techniques that are good for this issue. There are also medications, but those have side effects. I would recommend using 5-HTP 200mg, which is a serotonin precusor. A low serotonin level has been linked to PE, that is why doctors prescribed anti-depressants, 5-HTP will boost the serotonin levels naturally. You can also practice the Natural Ejaculation Control Tecnique.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/d1vwN

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

This technique works well for me, but takes a bit of practice.

Just before you get to the point of orgasm, pull out and don't stimulate the penis any more. If you time it right, you'll ejaculate, but not have an orgasm. Wait a few seconds to calm down, then go back in. You should stay hard, but it should take longer to 're-load'.
You can even do it multiple times, but each time you do it, you lose a little hardness...

I've heard of people being able to do the opposite and orgasm without ejaculating, but have only been able to accomplish it once...

Anti-depressants are supposed to help, too.

well, you can define premature

premature means before you want it to happen

for most people the 2nd ejaculation in a half hour period tends to be longer in coming, and the third is very difficult

so, don't worry about the first two, and by the time you get to the third, you will be anything but pre-mature

Take care of business before the act, in the bathroom, or wherever.
If you already ejaculate, then the you can assume the rest of the night, or day, will be more rewarding.

They make condoms with numbing cream in them. It doesn't numb completely but will enough to delay ejactulation. I think they are by Durex or Trojan. There is also cream in a tube that does the same thing but then you need to buy the cream AND the comdom. The cream itself is sold at Eckard Drug.

Rapid climax, early ejaculation, premature ejaculation, whatever you call it, it’s a problem plaguing hundreds of men, although many might not admit it. That’s because ever since ancient times sexual performance has been linked to a man’s virility and masculinity. It’s easy to understand then why a man might want to avoid talking about his ejaculation concerns, either with his partner or anyone else. However, premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem faced by men. Whether it is a persistent concern, or just an occasional incident, most men have reported having some trouble with controlling their ejaculation at one point or another.
Bye
