There is a thin line between love and hate. Yes, you can love and hate someone at the same time. In a relationship you may love him or her, but hate some of the the things he or she does. When someone you love has an addiction you will hate them for letting the addiction control their lives, but you will still love them, but will come to a stage where you will have to let them go and find their inner peace.

love and hate can be the difference of only a few seconds. one minute you can love somebody and the next minute you feel like you hate them. this is a sign of two extreme emotions that a person has a hard time controlling. do you over pamper something? do you act rude when you don't mean to? it is the same idea. it is brought on by confusion and if you manage to look at the situation without attaching an emotion to it the answer will be clearer than ever. first you have to know what you want and your feelings won't be like a roller coaster.

Yes it is. There is such thing as having a love-hate relationship with someone or some thing, or some place.
I had it with my wife when we weren't getting along. I hated her for being such a b*tch but yet still loved her. Go figure.

love and hate are the same thing. They are both very strong emotions. you cant hate someone that you care nothing about. the most hurtful emotion is when someone doesnt care at all about you.
