Enjoy your time off. If you have children by all means spend as much time as you can with them. Get your rest so your ready for your next shift and do something fun. I work 13 or 14 hour a day shifts myself and it's truly important to spend some quality time with your loved ones and yourself when you get a break!!

Even if you don't think you can, just smile for a minute.
It's a good way to refresh yourself and to remind yourself that you have an opportunity to do what far too many people don't have a chance to do: work.
