This is sort of weird and such posting about this and talking about this. But lately i've noticed an open sore on my penis and it's been there for maybe two weeks. It used to hurt a little bit but now there is no pain just an open sore. What could this be and is it something to worry about? It's not an std because i've never had sex before.

OK, this is just my assessment and view. It seems like you have been masturbating dry, without any lubrication, and you got this sore. So you keep on masturbating dry and it never goes away. Well, you need to STOP masturbating until it heals. You cannot heal something if you keep on doing the same thing to it that caused it in the first place.

Did you catch yourself in your zipper?
Maybe you've masturbated so mch that you've given yourself a little bit of an abrasion?
If you have no logical explanation, then I'd say go see the Doctor.
Otherwise, go to the pharmacy; buy some Triple Antibiotic Ointment, apply & bandage it. Apply until healed...and no m12 until you're healed!

I think you have been masturbating too much and doing it dry... I think you should not do it for a few days (I know it is hard!!) and it will heal... and when you start again... use lubricant
