Can somebody....SOMEBODY tell me how to get the ribbon accessory for ff8?????

It's metioned once in the guide but theres no implication of it ever exisiting... Did I miss something or what??? (Final Fantasty 8 / Item: Ribbon)

This item can only be found using the special add-on game Chocobo World for the
PocketStation. This isn't available in North America, but you can use it if you
own FF8 for PC. (See the "Mog Amulet" and "Friendship" items.)
